Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, service-oriented IT professional to maintain and grow our technology infrastructure. At our company, our employees are our clients. You will be the "boots on the ground" for our Albuquerque headquarters, ensuring that our field technicians and office staff have the tools they need to succeed. This role is a unique hybrid of mobile device management, desktop support, and junior network administration. You will work closely with our off-site senior administrator, receiving direct mentorship and training to eventually take over full management of our Microsoft 365 and network environments.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Client Service: Provide "white-glove" technical support to our office and field staff. You are the face of IT; your goal is to minimize downtime and resolve issues with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Mobile Fleet Management: Own the full lifecycle of our iOS fleet. Use Intune and Apple Business Manager to deploy, secure, and manage iPhones/iPads for our field techs.
  • Vendor Coordination & Auditing: Manage the Verizon Business Portal for line activations and upgrades. Perform regular audits to control costs and ensure data plan efficiency.
  • Workstation Support: Set up and maintain Windows 11 Pro devices. Ensure all systems are properly Entra ID (Azure AD) joined and compliant with company security standards.
  • ServiceTitan Administration: Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert for our core business software. Assist users with login issues, workflow troubleshooting, and mobile app sync errors.
  • Network Maintenance: Perform hands-on networking tasks including physical installation of firewalls, switches, and access points. Act as the "remote hands" for our off-site network resource for cable runs and testing.
  • Growth & Learning: Commit to continuous improvement by spending 10% of your week in training sessions with our off-site admin to master advanced M365 and networking.


Technical Requirements:
  • OS Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows 11 Pro and iOS. Experience with macOS (specifically for Apple Configurator) is a plus.
  • Mobile MDM: Prior experience with Microsoft Intune or similar MDM platforms.
  • Identity & Access: Basic understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD) and user permissions (IAM).
  • Networking: Familiarity with Wi-Fi APs, basic switch configurations, and Layer 1 (physical) troubleshooting.
  • Software: Comfortable navigating SaaS platforms; experience with ServiceTitan is an advantage.
