Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, and projects under the direction of senior marketing leadership.
 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Works closely with senior leadership in the marketing department as well as other department heads
  • Responsible for supporting the Signature brand strategy
  • Assists in coordinating marketing strategies internally and externally with supporting vendors
  • Provides graphic design and video editing support; creates compelling marketing materials
  • Researches and discovers new marketing strategies, technologies, and opportunities
  • Ensure that marketing activities meet brand guidelines and are delivered within budget
  • Manage technical aspects of critical marketing systems (such as marketing automation, CRM, and social media paid campaigns)
  • Analyzes marketing sales data for competitive insights and opportunities
  • Creates and shares reports detailing the effectiveness of marketing efforts and ROI
  • Prioritizes efforts to meet deadlines and goals
  • Plans community outreach activities, internal events, and other events in conjunction with vendor partners
  • Coordinates social media marketing campaigns

Education & Experience

  • Proven experience running marketing campaigns with success around leads and revenue
  • Experience in a competitive business environment
  • Experience with data, reporting, metrics, and financials
